DOMINICAN REPUBLIC COFFEE BEANS
Dominican Republic · Rancho Arriba Finca
Most people have never tasted Dominican coffee. That is their loss.
Rancho Arriba sits in the Cibao valley between 800 and 1,200 metres, managed by Hector Jiménez — the head of the Dominican Coffee Institute. A man who has spent his life understanding what this land can produce. The coffee grows slowly in the shade of pine, guava, inga and macadamia trees, maturing at its own pace before being hand-harvested one cherry at a time.
The result is a cup that doesn't rush you. Dark chocolate that opens gently into caramel, finishing with a richness reminiscent of good butter on warm bread. Medium acidity, washed process, pure arabica. Clean and precise from the first sip to the last.
One of the rarest origins in our collection. And one of the most quietly impressive.
Roasted to order. Never sitting. Always fresh.
