EL SALVADOR COFFEE BEANS
El Salvador · Finca San Antonio · Apaneca Ilamatepec
150 years of growing coffee on the same land. That kind of commitment changes a place.
Finca San Antonio sits in the Apaneca Ilamatepec region — one of El Salvador's most celebrated coffee-growing areas, where altitude and microclimate conspire to produce something consistently worth drinking. For a century and a half, this farm has not only grown coffee but preserved the forest around it, maintaining habitat for indigenous animals and plants that would otherwise disappear.
The cherries are hand-picked and wet-mill-processed on-site — no shortcuts, no outsourcing the most critical step. What happens at the mill determines what ends up in your cup.
And what ends up in your cup is balanced and layered. Fruit that opens first, nuts that follow, a natural sweetness that ties it together. Medium acidity, medium body — a coffee that asks nothing of you except attention.
Roasted to order. Never sitting. Always fresh.
